ACTIVITIES HALL
Must be a property owner with dues paid.
Fill out a contract and enter
information on calendar at Clubhouse.
Deposit is fully refundable 60 days
prior to event.
Deposit is 50% refundable 30 days prior
to event.
Non-refundable after that.
Seating capacity is 150 people
Event over by midnight.
Building must be vacated by 12:30 a.m.
Responsible for setup.
POOL, EXERCISE ROOM, CLUBHOUSE USE
ARE NOT INCLUDED.
