UPSTAIRS AT THE CLUBHOUSE

Maximum capacity is 40.

Must be a property owner, dues paid.

Pool use is not included for groups over 10.

Check calendar date.  If open, put name and phone number on calendar and fill out a reservation form.

If people are decorating the night before, NO BALLOONS CAN BE USED!!! (they set off the alarm).

Cannot use Clubhouse for Tupperware, Avon parties, etc.

Please call Clubhouse for availability.
